Arrival to Zimbabwe & Unwind
Saturday – October 5, 2024
After landing at the Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport, your private Away to Africa driver will transport you to your lodging in Zimbabwe.

DAY 2
Rhino Tracking & Grave of Cecil John Rhodes
Sunday – October 6, 2024
After breakfast, head out for Rhino Tracking at Matobos National Park, which offers the best chances of seeing the endangered black and white rhinos.
Afterwards, hike up to Cecil John Rhodes grave and later in the evening enjoy sundowners at the camp.

DAY 3
Transfer to Victoria Falls
Monday – October 7, 2024
Morning pick up and transfer to Victoria Falls.
En route, you will pass through Mpisi vIllage for a cultural tour.
Afterwards, you will enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river and dinner at Jungle Junction.

DAY 4
Game Drive & Lion Encounter
Tuesday – October 8, 2024
Early morning game drive and bush breakfast at Stanley & Livingstone offers an excellent opportunity to see the Big 5 along with a variety of antelope and exceptional bird life.
After lunch, head out for the lion encounter tour, offering a unique opportunity to interact with lions and walk alongside them in their natural environment as they learn to hunt and fend for themselves.

DAY 5
Adrenaline Activities & Shopping
Wednesday – October 9, 2024
Get your blood pumping today with activities such as Zip Lining over the Zambezi, Gorge Swing into the mouth of the Batoka Gorge, Flying Fox and Canopy Tour.
Lunch at the Dusty Road Township follows and afterwards, a local shopping experience.

DAY 6
Transfer to Botswana & Sunset Cruise on Chobe River
Thursday – October 10, 2024
Today you will transfer to Botswana.
After lunch, you will enjoy a Sunset Cruise on Chobe River while viewing big cats and elephants in the Chobe National Park. Chobe National Park is located in the North-East of Botswana, along the Chobe River and bordering Namibia’s Caprivi Strip, it is an area where the countries of Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Namibia meet.

DAY 7
Game Drive At Chobe National Park
Friday – October 11, 2024
Early morning game drive in Chobe National Park, which boasts the largest concentration of elephants in Africa.
Afterwards, partake in a Traditional dance and culture exploration.
End your day with an evening game drive.

DAY 8
Transfer to Livingstone Zambia
Saturday – October 12, 2024
After breakfast, you will drive to Livingstone Zambia, a flourishing border town, rich in culture and history, with a host of adrenaline-infused experiences to choose from.

DAY 9
Tour of the Falls on Zambian Side
Sunday – October 13, 2024
On the Zambian side of the falls, the tour is shorter as only 25% of the Falls are viewable from Zambia, but it is still very much worth the visit as the perspectives and the overall experience are quite different to Zimbabwe.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to shop at the local market before returning to the lodge.

DAY 10
City Tour
Monday – October 14, 2024
Morning Tour of Livingstone Town; consisting of a visit to Maramba Market, where you will find everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, to chitenge (local fabric) and David Livingstone Museum; which has interesting displays of the Stone Age people.
Option of last minute shopping before returning to the lodge.
