During our South Africa Culinary, Wine & Art Tour you’ll savor the country’s renowned culinary delights and esteemed wines, while engulfed in the cultural splendor of South Africa.
This exclusive, small group tour of 20 people maximum, is designed for foodies and those who love or want to learn more about South Africa as one the world’s foremost hubs for food and wine.
Hosted by Away to Africa and the celebrated Chef Virgil Harper of Toast on Lenox restaurant in Atlanta, a special highlight of the trip will be private dining experiences that include mouthwatering fusions of South African fare and southern cooking.
From the legendary Cape Town, to the abundant wildlife, and on to the vibrant heart of South Africa, Johannesburg, this is an opportunity to be fully immersed in the wonder of South Africa while indulging in its famous culinary and wine scene.

Our last dinner will be at Le Creatifs, which combines fine-dining and a world-class wine list.

Take time and reflect on your visit to Mama Afrika while enjoying a signature, departure breakfast.
Afterwards, we will head to O.R. Tambo International Airport for your departure home.
