DAY 1
Arrive to Namibia and Unwind
Friday – November 1, 2024
You will be welcomed by your Away To Africa representative in Namibia, who will assist with the exchange of money into Namibian Dollars before your short transfer to Windhoek.

DAY 2
City Tour & Windhoek Jazz Festival
Saturday – November 2, 2024
After breakfast, you will depart for the city tour and then continue to Katutura, a Township in Windhoek where you will learn about the locals, completing your tour with a market visit.
You will then return to your lodging in order to change clothes prior to heading to Windhoek Jazz Festival for music, dancing and mingling.

DAY 3
Etosha National Park
Sunday – November 3, 2024
Depart for Etosha National Park.
Known for its unique landscape and home to a wide variety of animals, look out for lion, elephant, leopard, giraffe, cheetah, hyena, springbok, two kinds of zebra, eland and many more species of wildlife during your first game drive this evening.

Game Drive in Etosha

After breakfast, venture into the wild for a full day game drive.

DAY 5
Travel to Omaruru via Himba
Tuesday – November 5, 2024
Today you will depart Etosha and your first stop will be the Himba Village, where you will learn more about their culture and tradition.
After lunch, continue to Omaruru where late in the afternoon, just before sunset, you will visit the best Winery in Namibia – Erongo Mountain Winery for an incredible Wine Tasting experience.

DAY 6
Travel to Swakopmund
Wednesday – November 6, 2024
Today you will travel west to this coastal town known for its unique Architecture.
In the afternoon, enjoy a leisure walk around this historical town.

Relax in Swakopmund
thursday – November 7, 2024
Book a massage for the day at your hotel or take a short leisure stroll to the beach for some relaxation and fun in the sand.

Walvis Bay
Friday – November 8, 2024
Transfer to Walvis Bay for a boat cruise in the bay to learn more about Namibian marine life. Afterwards proceed to Sesriem, also know as the gate to the Namib desert.

DAY 9
Sossussvlei
Saturday – November 9, 2024
Depart for Sesriem gate to enter the Namib Desert. Visit Dune 45 and continue to Deadvlei, to discover this amazing natural wonder in the middle of sand dunes. Afternoon visit to Sesriem Canyon to learn more about the clay formation in the Dune then spend the night at Sossussvlei.

DAY 10
Return To Windhoek & Depart
Friday – November 10, 2023
After breakfast, depart Sesriem for Windhoek to catch your international flight back home.
