Payments are accepted through wire transfers, Paypal or direct deposit into Away to Africa’s South Africa or U.S. bank account.
Price and payment schedule does not include Paypal* or wire transfer fee(s) charged for each transaction.
Any cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of monies paid plus the cost to wire refund in order to cover Away to Africa administrative costs. Any monies that are allocated to airplane tickets are non-refundable but we will provide you with airplane ticket information so that you may use for future travels.
*Paypal charges a fee of 2.9% + 0.30 for each domestic transaction and 3.9% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received for all international transactions.

Away to Africa highly recommends that all travelers obtain travel insurance prior to their departure.
Away to Africa recommends using our preferred Travel Agent who will find the most affordable and timely airfare. The travel agent charges a $50.00 transaction fee.
